Proof you can eat good food and continue to lose weight. This week three great things have happened to me on top of my everyday blessings.
1) I made my first goal foe weight loss. Hello size 10. It has been way too long.

2) My friend Steph and I dined at a fabulously new French bistro in West Des Moines. Amazing food, fresh country French atmosphere and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and worked with my low sodium needs. Fancy pants optional.

3) As of today... I have lost 58lbs since the day Hutch was born. I plan to kick this heart disease in the butt with a little thing called LIFE CHANGE!
