Sweet Potato Success

Welcome to the adventures of homemade baby food.
That's right trusty readers, Hutch is officially on the good stuff.

ESAP - 6mos
KP had to work, so after I made the food, I fed the big guy. And it was hilarious.

I should add, I went to Bullseye (big chain department store with a synonym for a name) and ice trays are $3 bucks each. What the heck? haha

I put the puree in a zipper bag and cut the corner off - basically dispensing it the same way you would frosting. It was a piece of cake.

Sweet Potatoes and Broccoli = mmm for ESAP's tummy!
People keep asking, I keep telling. LOW SODIUM.
Only 5 elbeez from my first goal! WOooOO! Here is what I ate tonight.

A small baked chicken breast (boneless, skinless). Put in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes and you got yourself a juicy bird. Take out of the oven, rest 5 minutes, cover with portabella mushies and a slice of low sodium swiss cheese - put it back into the oven for 5 on broil. Remove to finish with avacado and lime. Side with rosemary and white cracked pepper potatoes .  YUM!

My low sodium dinner tonight!
I would love to hear of any recipes you might have! Happy December and Happy Healthy Eating!
