Aww Honey Honey.

I woke up with a mission. Today my goal was to drink lots-o-water and start my day with a healthy breakfast. I have found when I eat something sweet to start the day, I tend to feed the sugar craving all day. I wasn't going to fall victim to El AzĂșcar. <-- See what I did there. By using Spanish, I made the simple white grains sound like a WWE wrestler. Intimidating right? (Insert eye-roll here)

So what did I eat all day? 

Breakfast
2 over medium eggs
1 slice whole foods original bacon
1 Water

Lunch (Birthday lunch for a co-worker) 
Bean and Veggie Bueger with Broccoli on the side
3 waters

Snack
Kind Bar with El AzĂșcar I am sure!
2 waters
Iced tea

Dinner
Jimmy Johns whole grain Beach Club (noooo!)
Bbq Chips (ohh lawwdddd)
Water

Dessert
5 Herr Cotton Candy Balls (damnit)
Iced tea 

Okay so I didn't eliminate sugar completely from my diet today but I did achieve my goals. Booya!!  Tomorrows goals? Drink 5 glasses of water. Walk at lunch and smile all day!
