Entry three: Baby Got Back
Mistake #1 today: Going outside during a winter storm. I thought because KP was snoozing, it would be a perfect day for me to get to the mall to walk for a couple hours. Little did I know (or want to believe my meteorologist husband) the roads were almost solid sheets of ice. 15 miles per hour = not worth it. Scariest feeling yet- being preggers and walking on ice. Stoopid, I know. Lesson learned.
Mistake #2: Impulse shopping. I knew I wanted some new flat boots to wear when flats would look ridiculous, like in snow. So I trekked over to lovely DSW and found the perfect pair of suede Steve Maddens on sale for 49 bucks! Score right? Wrong. My bill ended up WAY over that because for some unknown reason I thought today was the perfect day to get my enlarging pregnant butt in shape with a new pair of Sketchers Shape Ups. Really Tabatha, really? These shoes are not cute, they look like orthopedic shoes in bright white with some bedazzled crap up the sides. I sure hope I can return them :)
