Ate{ty} Too?
Like I explained here a couple days ago, I lost weight. I dropped some serious weight and the entire time I ate. I ate good, real food. If you want some food ideas, go here.
Eighty-two pounds dropped since Ethan was born. Here are the before and after pics I promised.
BEFORE

I wasn't in denial that I was overweight, but I didn't really care. I was happy and living life to the fullest and to me that was all that mattered. It wasn't until the cardiologist said it was time to watch my sodium intake, did I realize I should lose it for my self. And I am doing just that, for me!
I still have 8 pounds until my next goal. I bet it takes me a couple months to get there, but slow and steady wins the race!
Thank you again for all the support and love from those who not only love me now but for those who loved me for who I was before.
